Biography
American astrological organization to which admission required passing a professional exam. From its founding, P.A.I. sought to advance professionalism in astrology with respectable business ethics. Doris Chase Doane and Dr. Vivian Long were co-founders along with a handful of local astrologers. The organization stayed primarily in California, never gaining very large and it gradually diminished in the '80s.
