Biography
International memberletter for ISAR, edited by Joyce Hoen in the Netherlands. It began as an electional chart in 1998 with c. 300 and is some 700 by 2001.
Joyce writes, "We saw tremendous enthusiasm in the
first two years, the third year was taken up largely by discussions on ethics and science - the solar return for it showed Saturn in the 7th house, which by transit was exactly on my Moon."
