Biography
American child who disappeared and was presumed murdered, the young child's remains were found on December 11, 2008. The child's mother was arrested and tried in a media-sensation trial. The jury found her not guilty of the child's murder.
Caylee was last seen alive on June 16, 2008. She was not reported missing until a month later. Her mother, Casey Anthony, was arrested in July and indicted by a grand jury on October 14, 2008 on felony murder charges, child abuse and related charges. On July 5, 2011 Casey was found not guilty of felony murder or manslaughter.
The disappearance and death of the child remain mysterious.
Casey Anthony's birth time is not known as of the trial; she was born on March 19, 1986 in Warren, OH according to Internet sites (birth date not confirmed)..
