Biography
American news figure, the "other woman" in the Stuart homicide case. Chuck's infatuation with her is a major part of his motivation for his plan to kill his wife, Carol, with the insurance money a strong second.
The police seemed sure that Debbie did not know what Chuck planned and is not implicated in the crime. She admitted to socializing with him, receiving his gifts and calling him daily while he was in the hospital after the murder, putting the calls on his credit card. It was after their relationship became an affair in July 1989 that Chuck bought an insurance policy on his wife and spoke of killing her to both his brother and to a friend.
