Argentinean politician; a lawyer and a leader, he was elected President 10/30/1983 and took office 12/10/1983; 8:06 AM EDT, Buenos Aires. His administration put former leaders of Argentina on trial for crimes against the people. He was exiled from office July 1989, six months after losing the presidential election. Married; six kids.
