Biography
French caves at Monteroiler, filled with a buildup of carbon monoxide some 40 times more than normal, so extreme that no-one could survive more than 15 minutes before dying of poisoned air. Three young boys entered the caves to explore at approximately 8:30 PM MEDT on 6/21/1995 and were asphyxiated. Their father entered at c. 9:30 PM; an amateur spelunker and four firemen entered at c. 10:30 PM. The bodies were all recovered the following day.
